Advisory
Advisory services for individuals with financial problems of varying degrees of severity are the primary activity of the service.
The service is first and foremost a point of contact, as the person concerned is often unwilling or unable to talk about his or her problem to a relative or a third party.
The approach is to help individuals to draw up a complete inventory of their income and expenditure and to compile a file with all the supporting documents. The Service then helps clients to develop a strategy to negotiate new ways of repaying their debts with creditors. If the debtor is unable to negotiate with creditors on his own, the service guides him through the process.
In both cases, the debtor tries to reschedule some of his debts, obtain a stay of payment or apply for debt or interest forgiveness, if necessary.
