The aim of the service is to fill gaps in information and guidance in the social field. The main aim of the service is to simplify access to social benefits and to provide rapid information and concrete guidance on all social issues.

The Ligue's social hygiene assistants and social workers, who are present in all the communes of the country (Social Support Service, Social Service at School, Infant and Young Children's Consultations) constitute the ideal and competent team to follow up on calls that may come from both private individuals and professionals.

This role of reception, information and guidance is in substance and by tradition part of the very roots of the Ligue's social and medico-social action.
