Overindebtedness Week - Online booking

National Overindebtedness Prevention Week from 23 to 26 April 2024

The Ligue is taking part in the National Overindebtedness Prevention Week organised by the Ministry for the Family, Solidarity, Living Together, and is organising information sessions to familiarise human resources staff and anyone, professional or otherwise, interested in the law of 8 January 2013 on overindebtedness.

• 23/04 and 25/04 (14:00-15:30) by videoconference: Law on overindebtedness (developments and operation)
• 24/04 and 26/04 (14:00-15:30) by videoconference: Attachment and assignment of wages (framework, scale, examples)
• 24/04 and 26/04 (10.30am-12.00pm) by videoconference: Over-indebtedness and the family budget (learning how to manage your finances and avoid becoming over-indebted)
• 26/04 (9.00-11.30am) face-to-face: Over-indebtedness procedure in Luxembourg. Face-to-face training on the premises of the Ministry for the Family, 13C, rue de Bitbourg L-1273 Luxembourg (training for professionals who have to provide support to people facing financial difficulties and/or bailiffs, and increasing their knowledge of the collective debt settlement procedure).

All information sessions are free of charge.
